My recent experience at Power Mac Center Estancia was marred by the poor service provided by one of their cashiers in the name of Lorrile A. Pega. The cashier was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy.

Firstly, Lorrile A. Pega seemed disinterested in their job. She was slow in processing transactions, which resulted in a long wait time for customers. Additionally, she appeared to be distracted, perhaps by their phone or personal conversations, which further delayed the checkout process.

Furthermore, the Lorrile A. Pega's attitude was disappointing. She didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence until I initiated the interaction. Even then, she didn't seem engaged or willing to provide assistance.

When I asked a question about a product, the Lorrile A. Pega seemed annoyed and gave a vague answer that didn't address my inquiry. It was clear that she lacked product knowledge and didn't make an effort to help me.

Overall, my experience with this cashier at Power Mac Center Estancia was unsatisfactory. Her lack of professionalism, slow service, and unhelpful attitude made the shopping experience frustrating. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure better customer service in the future.
